At Meridan Hill Maple Farm, we are committed to ensuring your orders are shipped promptly and arrive in excellent condition. Please review our shipping policy below:

How We Pack

We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Products are securely sealed to prevent leaks or spills.

  • Each item is carefully cushioned with protective materials to guard against damage during transit.

  • We leave at least 2 inches of padding around the outside of the items, per carrier requirements, to ensure optimal protection during shipping.

  • Packages are double-checked for accuracy and sturdiness before shipping.

Our goal is to deliver your order in the same pristine condition it left our facility.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected during checkout. Typical delivery times are:

    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders shipped to PO Box addresses must be sent via USPS. Please ensure that you select USPS as your shipping method at checkout.

  • We currently only deliver to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days. Photo documentation of the damaged product and shipping box, along with the tracking number, is required.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Since we offer such a wide variety of items and different grades of maple syrup please understand sometimes we run low or out of stock on specialty bottles and less popular grades. If we cannot ship out your order within 3 days we will notify you.
