
Maple-Pecan Oatmeal Bars
Ingredients
1 cup maple syrup
1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups quick cooking oats
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat over to 350º F
- Cream together oil, sugar, syrup, vanilla, and eggs
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well
- Put batter into ungreased 9×13 cake pan and bake for 35-40 mins
