One bite and you’ll be hooked on this nutty, maple-y delight. These delicious granola bars are way easier to make than you’d think and the end product will have you back in the kitchen whipping up another batch as soon as the last crumbs are devoured.

Maple-Pecan Oatmeal Bars


1 cup maple syrup
1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups quick cooking oats
2 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans


  1. Preheat over to 350º F
  2. Cream together oil, sugar, syrup, vanilla, and eggs
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Put batter into ungreased 9×13 cake pan and bake for 35-40 mins
